Wanted to share one of my favorite desserts right now…
- 2/3 cup Breyer’s Carb Smart Ice Cream, in either:
- Vanilla (100 calories)
- Chocolate (110 calories)
- Brownie a la Mode (120 calories)
- 1 cup Chobani Sugar-Free Vanilla or Strawberry Greek Yogurt (94 calories)
- 2 tbsp Maple Grove Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (5 calories)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (30 calories)
- 3 heaping teaspoonfuls of powdered stevia
- A sprinkle of sprinkles (6 calories? idk – I don’t worry about this as long as it’s used lightly)
I like my ice cream rather soupy, and this makes a terrific sugary, soupy mix! It’s pretty much dessert every night.
